Our Summer Programs consists of Camps and Classes throughout the summer weeks!

Summer Classes are a great way to stay in ninja shape with a smaller time commitment. Each class/course is 50 minutes with a maximum of 10 students. Each day has a different focus on the steps of ninja training. Each class is considered a drop-in class and pre-registration is required. Each class is $25.

We have a good amount of Open Gyms which are 2 hours long for kids ages 6-14 on some days, an adults only (15+) open gym as well as a family night open gym throughout the month of August.

  1. Technical Tuesday: Is geared towards overall strength and conditioning to help ease hanging on to obstacles and helps build core stability.

  2. Workshop Wednesday’s : 2 1/2 hours of obstacle focused training which includes balance and strength training.

  3. Trial course Thursday: Each week a new course is setup and you are timed and scored via our competition rules.

  4. Half Day Camp Friday’s: 3 hours of full out ninja strategy, body awareness and obstacle training.
